The journey is the destination.

As I travel along on my journey, I have come to realize the importance of appreciating today, finding joy in the moment and taking note of the little things I find along the way. Whether I am on a travel adventure, creating something in my kitchen or wandering around in my daily routine, I often find that the smallest observations and interactions are the most meaningful. People find me quite approachable, and I frequently find myself lost in the stories of people I meet along the way.

Finding humor in the crazy things that happen in life…..and in my own foibles in dealing with them is a key driver of my personality. My sense of humor pushes my friends to seek me out when they need a lift. I always have a fun story to share, and we always end up laughing.

While I have been traveling on my own for quite awhile, I have often been fortunate to have the company of a wonderful group of loving and supportive friends. But, lately, I have thought that my journey could be enhanced by adding another kind of traveler…..a companion to share my journey in a more intimate way…as a confident and partner in crime…….

So, I am looking……

……. for a fun-loving, adventurous partner with whom I can make a strong emotional and intellectual connection……someone who shares my passions and can find joy in the simple as well as the more elaborate experiences.

The looking is a journey in and of itself. I thought you might like to walk along. Maybe I can give you a few laughs…..or stimulate a few tears…..Or, perhaps I can inspire you to evaluate your own journey and find some ways to make it more fulfilling.
